3rd Day in a Row

Quick recap - Walked 3 minutes, ran for 17 minutes, covered 2 miles! Didn't have much time, so I ran faster than usual to see what it felt like. My legs are tired, but if I wasn't short on time, I could have run farther. Surprising for my third day in row of running... Off to Birmingham...Happy Running! :-)
