At least I ran....

I'm going to sum up today's "run" in two words: slow and stiff. I think my legs are still recovering from the long run I did on Wednesday (is that possible?), because I never found my rhythm this morning, and my legs felt like wood. Undoubtedly my worst run in several weeks. Oh well, at least I ran.... Total distance: 2.15 miles... Total time: 25 minutes.... My plan is yoga today to loosen up, and a great run tomorrow morning. Oh, and Starbucks....after the busy week I've had, a latte is in order!

I'd say 25 minutes of running is pretty good! Sorry you felt so stiff though, that is how I feel today. I wish I had joined you for that latte!
